Nyla ReZhaun

Imagine a small-town girl–born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas– who had never left home or been out on her own. In 2020, that girl—me—packed up her life in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Administration, and moved to Dallas, Texas, chasing a fresh start with no roadmap but plenty of ambition.
Creativity has always been in my DNA. I grew up surrounded by makers and artists—my grandmother and aunts were seamstresses, my grandfather and uncle carpenters, and my mom a cake artist. Naturally, I found my own lane in creativity through design. Though I’d been dabbling in graphic design for years, I never considered it a career path until my cousin encouraged me to take the leap. She became my first client, and on my birthday, BrandRX was officially born.
What started as a hobby quickly grew beyond my expectations. I found myself making more money than I’d ever made before, but without financial discipline or guidance, I soon faced setbacks that led me back home. Those were some of my lowest moments—broke, depressed, and even homeless at times. But in that valley, God was shaping me. Even while I had nothing, He still supplied my every need. He even gave me the strength and opportunity to host my first sold-out business marketing event—while I was homeless.
Over time, I found my footing again. I returned to church, joined Second Baptist Church, and got deeply involved in the community. What started as a part-time position there grew into my current role as the Digital Graphics and Marketing Coordinator. At the same time, BrandRX continued to grow. Over the past five years, I’ve partnered with churches, nonprofits, and small businesses, transforming their ideas into timeless brands and maintaining an 85% client retention rate.
Beyond design, I’m passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping others—especially young women, entrepreneurs, and creatives—discover their purpose and grow in confidence. My vision for BrandRX is bigger than me: to expand into a full creative agency, build a strong team, and secure six-figure contracts while staying rooted in God’s plan.
Every step of this journey—wins, losses, and everything in between—has shown me that when God trusts you with a gift, He also equips you to use it to bless others. That’s the heartbeat of BrandRX, and the legacy I’m building every single day.

This section highlights the rooms I’ve been in, the lessons I’ve learned, and how I turned insight into action through leadership, service, and creative strategy.
IC3 Conference | Houston, Texas
I had the honor of attending the IC3 Conference in both 2024 and 2025 at The Church Without Walls in Houston, Texas—an experience that profoundly shaped my approach to ministry, leadership, and service. IC3 is designed to equip churches, pastors, ministers, and ministry leaders with the tools needed to thrive both spiritually and organizationally.
Attending IC3 two years in a row allowed me to not only deepen relationships and build meaningful connections, but also to gain clarity on my role beyond being a creative service provider. As a Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist, and ministry leader, I was challenged to step fully into leadership—learning how to serve churches with excellence while also leading with integrity, purpose, and vision.
Throughout the conference, the classes and conversations pushed me to think differently about community impact, generational leadership, and what it means to lead as a woman of God in both ministry and the marketplace. I returned to my work energized and equipped, implementing stronger systems, refining my approach to church marketing, and intentionally mentoring and supporting the next generation of creatives and leaders.
IC3 was more than a conference—it was a catalyst. The lessons I gained continue to influence how I show up in ministry, how I serve my clients, and how I lead within my community. I highly recommend this experience to any ministry leader or church worker seeking growth, alignment, and renewed vision.

T.O.P.P.S. Inc. | Pine Bluff, AR
Youth Summer Program – Entrepreneurship & Creative Education
Coming from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, pouring back into the community that helped shape me is deeply important. T.O.P.P.S. Inc. has been a pillar in the city for decades, empowering and educating youth while breaking barriers for future generations. When I was invited to return home and teach their students about entrepreneurship and creativity, the answer was an easy yes.
I had the opportunity to host two classes during their youth summer program. My first session focused on Color Psychology for elementary students, where we explored color meanings, emotions, and creative thinking using a custom presentation and interactive worksheet. The students were fully engaged, and the experience was a hit.
The second session was designed for middle school students and centered on entrepreneurship and marketing. After an introductory presentation, students were placed into groups for a live pitch challenge. Each team was assigned an industry, location, and target audience and tasked with developing a product or service, assigning roles, and creating a basic marketing plan. The friendly competition sparked creativity, collaboration, and confidence, with the winning team receiving Chick-fil-A gift cards.
This experience was incredibly meaningful and reaffirmed my passion for community impact, creative education, and empowering the next generation of leaders. I’m grateful for the opportunity to pour into students and look forward to seeing how the seeds planted through T.O.P.P.S. continue to grow.
SHHS Career Fair | Sherwood, Arkansas
Giving back to the community is always meaningful, but pouring into the youth is especially impactful—they are the ones shaping our future. Sylvan Hills High School invited me to represent BrandRX Creative Co. at their career fair, where I shared my journey as a business owner, how I built my creative brand, and the opportunities available in graphic design and marketing.
Throughout the event, I found myself making genuine connections with students—discussing plans for college, trade paths, and even helping some build upon businesses they had already started. One of the most special moments was meeting Madison, a growing graphic designer and longtime social media follower. When she saw I was at her school, she made her way straight to my table to introduce herself and ask questions about how she could grow in the industry.
To keep students engaged, I hosted interactive games, a logo design contest, and creative trivia for those who stopped by. Each student also received a BrandRX Daily Planner and Vision Guide to help them organize daily tasks and build structure around their short-term and long-term goals. The feedback from the students was incredibly encouraging, and I look forward to returning next year to continue pouring into the next generation of creatives and leaders.
