Brand Spotlight:

Dementia Care Warriors | Dallas, Texas

The Client

Dementia Care Warriors is a Dallas-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families and caregivers navigating dementia care. Founder Veronica first brought us on to support the organization's 6th Annual Revive & Refresh 2025 event.

Phase One: Revive & Refresh 2025

For the annual event, we provided:

  • Landing Page Design

  • Social Media Content + Story Graphics

  • Branding Kit

Phase Two: Care Warriors Connect

Shortly after, Veronica returned to expand the brand through Care Warriors Connect, an extension of the non-profit built to reach even more families. For this initiative, we completed:

  • Landing Page Design

  • Flyer + Mailer Card Design

Phase Three: 2027 Conference Collateral

The partnership has continued to grow — Veronica and her team have since returned for the organization's 2027 Conference Collateral, including:

  • Updated Landing Page Design

  • Flyer Design

  • Retractable Banner Design

  • Event Signage

The Result

What began as event support for a single celebration has grown into an ongoing creative partnership spanning multiple initiatives and years. Each project has built on the last, giving Dementia Care Warriors a consistent, trusted brand presence across every touchpoint — from social media to conference signage.

Final Thoughts

This is what we love most about the work — building genuine relationships with clients and bringing their vision to life again and again. Every returning partnership, like this one with Veronica and the Dementia Care Warriors team, is proof that great design is built on trust

Children's Defense Fund | Washington, D.C.

The Client

Children's Defense Fund (CDF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children in underserved communities. Their team came to us seeking design expertise for the CDF Joy on the Vineyard (JOTV) Celebration.

The Challenge

What started as a simple partnership for a single event needed to feel both fresh and familiar; a design that could stand on its own for JOTV while staying true to CDF's existing brand identity.

Our Approach

We began by creating a custom logo for the JOTV collaboration, carefully aligning it with the tone of the event while staying consistent with CDF's current branding. Once the logo was identified and approved, we moved into digital graphics for social and website marketing, including three designs built to showcase the JOTV event lineup.

Services Provided

  • Event Logo Design

  • Digital Graphics for Social & Web

  • Event Lineup Design (3 pieces)

  • Flyer Design

  • Website Banner Design

  • Retractable Banner Design

The Result

The work didn't stop at JOTV. What began as a single-event partnership has turned into continuous, ongoing work — the kind that converts and engages. The CDF team returned as a long-term vendor partner, trusting us with flyer design, website banners, and retractable banner design to support their broader mission.

Final Thought

This partnership is a reminder that great design isn't just about one event — it's about building trust that turns a single project into an ongoing relationship.

Brand Spotlight:

Corey Richmond, Barber & Arkansas Realtor

The Challenge

Corey Richmond was stepping into a new career path and needed a brand identity that could carry him across two distinct worlds — barbering and real estate. He came to us without a cohesive visual foundation, which made it difficult to market himself consistently or stand out to his target audience.

Our Approach

We partnered with @_rayvisions on Photography & Creative Direction to capture imagery that reflected Corey's personal brand, then built out a full identity system designed for consistency across every touchpoint — digital and print.

Services Provided

  • Photography & Creative Direction

  • Brand Identity Suite

  • Flyer Design

  • Mailer Cards

  • Postcards

  • Retractable Banner

  • T-Shirt Design

  • Business Cards

The Work

We built the foundation for Corey's brand to thrive through consistency and cohesive graphics — ensuring every piece of collateral, from his business cards to his event signage, spoke the same visual language.

The Result

With a strong, unified brand identity in place, Corey has been able to move forward confidently with his marketing. He now has the tools to:

  • Attract his target audience with clarity and consistency

  • Grow his presence on social media

  • Market himself online and in person — including at entrepreneurial events and conferences

Final Thought

Corey's rebrand is proof that a strong identity does more than look good — it gives you the confidence and consistency to show up anywhere, from a barber chair to a boardroom.

Brand Spotlight:

Lincoln University PA

The Client

Lincoln University came to us needing marketing graphics to support a range of high-visibility campus events, from athletic tournaments to major university celebrations.

The Challenge

The university needed graphics built for scale and versatility — designs that could hold up on large LED screens while still translating cleanly to social media, all while staying true to Lincoln's brand identity across very different event settings.

Our Approach

We designed CIAA Tournament graphics along with general event marketing visuals, built specifically for LED screen display and social media use. Each design was created to be bold and legible at scale, ensuring the graphics performed just as well on a jumbotron as they did on a phone screen.

Services Provided

  • CIAA Tournament Graphics

  • General Event Marketing Graphics

  • LED Screen Design

  • Social Media Graphics

The Result

The graphics were showcased across campus and at several major university events, including:

  • CIAA Tournament

  • Commencement Ceremonies

  • 2026 Homecoming Celebration

From the tournament court to the commencement stage, the graphics gave Lincoln University a consistent, high-impact visual presence at every major moment on the university calendar.

Final Thought

Great event design has to work everywhere it shows up — on a massive LED screen, on a phone, in front of a graduating class. This project was a chance to build graphics that could do exactly that for Lincoln University, moment after moment.

Women of Excellence Conference | Easton, Pennsylvania

The Challenge

In December 2025, the Women of Excellence Council partnered with BrandRX Creative Co. to lead the marketing efforts for their 30th Anniversary Women of Excellence Conference, themed ELEVATE. They were seeking a marketing agency that was relatable, woman-owned, faith-driven, and capable of executing a comprehensive campaign that would increase visibility, drive registrations, and create a memorable conference experience.

With the conference scheduled for April 2026, our team had less than five months to strategically plan, build, and execute a campaign that would generate momentum and maximize attendance.

Our Approach

To ensure every aspect of the attendee journey was covered, we implemented a four-phase marketing strategy designed to build awareness, increase engagement, and drive registrations.

Phase 1: Branding & Marketing Strategy

We began by developing a comprehensive event marketing plan that established campaign goals, audience targeting, content strategy, promotional timelines, and engagement opportunities. Our team aligned every marketing effort with the conference theme while creating a clear roadmap for both digital and in-person promotion.

Phase 2: Website Design & Development

To streamline communication and registration, we designed and managed a dedicated conference website that served as the central hub for attendees, sponsors, speakers, and vendors. The website provided easy access to registration, conference information, schedules, accommodations, and event updates while creating a professional and cohesive online experience.

  • Content strategy and planning

  • Social media management

  • Reel concept development

  • Video directing and production

  • Reel editing and optimization

  • Campaign graphics and promotional content

  • Audience engagement and growth initiatives

Through intentional storytelling and strategic content placement, we generated:

  • 173,000+ total views

  • 200+ new followers

  • 893% overall growth across Facebook and Instagram

Phase 4: Live Event Coverage

During the conference, BrandRX Creative Co. led content production and media coordination to capture the attendee experience in real time. Our team developed photography shot lists, coordinated creative direction, captured content throughout the event, and produced social media assets that extended the conference's reach beyond the room.

The Results

Despite a condensed timeline, the campaign delivered exceptional results.

  • 50% increase in conference registrations

  • A sold-out conference experience

  • 173,000+ social media views

  • 893% social media growth

  • Increased brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms

  • More than 300 registrations secured for the 2027 conference before the conclusion of the event cycle

By combining strategic planning, creative content, website development, and live event marketing, BrandRX Creative Co. transformed Women of Excellence's 30th Anniversary Conference into a highly visible, high-impact experience that continues to generate momentum well beyond the event itself.

House of Erray Extensions | Pine Bluff, AR

House of Erray Extensions officially launched on January 1, 2026, and we are absolutely in love with how this project came together. Errayionna reached out early in the process with a vision to launch her hairline, and from that moment, we hit the ground running.

We began with strategic planning—developing a detailed launch timeline to map out when and how her new business venture would be introduced to the masses. From there, we transitioned into brand identity development, creating a custom logo suite and thoughtfully selecting fonts, colors, and brand language that aligned with her aesthetic and long-term goals. Every design decision was intentional, ensuring the brand remains timeless, adaptable through changing trends, and reflective of the beauty and luxury House of Erray embodies.

For this project, we delivered a full branding and marketing suite, including a logo system, business cards, Shopify website design, thank-you cards, and social media content. We are currently continuing our partnership by expanding her marketing and brand presence.

Stay tuned for more from House of Erray x BrandRX.

W.O.W. Revival 2025 Presented by Second Baptist Church

Little Rock, Arkansas

For the second consecutive year, I partnered with Second Baptist Church for their 2025 Worship on Wednesday (W.O.W.) Revival, hosted by Dr. Maurice Watson. Building on the foundation of 2024, this year’s approach introduced a modern, tech-inspired aesthetic designed to engage a new and evolving audience.

My role included creative direction and execution across digital, in-house, and marketing platforms. I produced a high-impact video promo to highlight speakers and build anticipation, alongside comprehensive social media content and management. This included recap content from previous revivals, sermon clips, photography, custom carousels, and strategic countdown posts leading up to the event.

I also managed the W.O.W. Revival website, providing weekly updates to reflect service times, volunteer information, guest details, parking logistics, and early planning highlights for 2026—ensuring a clear, centralized hub for attendees and volunteers.

For in-house presentation, I designed LED screen layouts for each night, featuring service flows, guest speakers, and guest psalmists. Marketing efforts extended to billboard design for city-wide visibility, along with upgraded branded volunteer badges while maintaining the established 2024 t-shirt design for brand consistency.

Beyond design, I collaborated closely with the media team to help direct volunteers in screen layouts, photography, and social media execution—delivering a cohesive and elevated experience both online and in the room.

It was a pleasure continuing this partnership for W.O.W. Revival 2025, and I’m excited to showcase what’s ahead for 2026.
