Imagine a small-town girl–born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas– who had never left home or been out on her own. In 2020, that girl—me—packed up her life in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Administration, and moved to Dallas, Texas, chasing a fresh start with no roadmap but plenty of ambition.

Creativity has always been in my DNA. I grew up surrounded by makers and artists—my grandmother and aunts were seamstresses, my grandfather and uncle carpenters, and my mom a cake artist. Naturally, I found my own lane in creativity through design. Though I’d been dabbling in graphic design for years, I never considered it a career path until my cousin encouraged me to take the leap. She became my first client, and on my birthday, BrandRX was officially born.

What started as a hobby quickly grew beyond my expectations. I found myself making more money than I’d ever made before, but without financial discipline or guidance, I soon faced setbacks that led me back home. Those were some of my lowest moments—broke, depressed, and even homeless at times. But in that valley, God was shaping me. Even while I had nothing, He still supplied my every need. He even gave me the strength and opportunity to host my first sold-out business marketing event—while I was homeless.

Over time, I found my footing again. I returned to church, joined Second Baptist Church, and got deeply involved in the community. What started as a part-time position there grew into my current role as the Digital Graphics and Marketing Coordinator. At the same time, BrandRX continued to grow. Over the past five years, I’ve partnered with churches, nonprofits, and small businesses, transforming their ideas into timeless brands and maintaining an 85% client retention rate.

Beyond design, I’m passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping others—especially young women, entrepreneurs, and creatives—discover their purpose and grow in confidence. My vision for BrandRX is bigger than me: to expand into a full creative agency, build a strong team, and secure six-figure contracts while staying rooted in God’s plan.

Every step of this journey—wins, losses, and everything in between—has shown me that when God trusts you with a gift, He also equips you to use it to bless others. That’s the heartbeat of BrandRX, and the legacy I’m building every single day.
